Curationist — The Wikipedia of Art & Culture
Curationist is a large-scale cultural knowledge platform designed to normalize and curate over 4.4 million art and culture records. The project required deep data normalization, metadata reconciliation, and tooling that allowed curators to meaningfully edit and connect artifacts across institutions.
Outcome: Prototype succeeded where four prior teams failed. We shipped a functional V1 prototype, then delivered V2 with ~400 feature requirements over four months, transforming a stalled vision into a working cultural infrastructure.
Bevel Workforce — Building the Agency OS
Bevel Workforce is redefining fractional work through an internal Agency Operating System. Prototype designed and built both the internal staff platform (Core) and the client-facing delivery platform (Edge) to replace Jira and fragmented tooling.
Outcome: In 3 months and ~$20k, we shipped:

This took Bevel from internal UAT to a real 0→1 product, delivering immediate
operational savings and client value.
Start With Self — Designing a Fulfilled Life
Start With Self is Prototype's internally built wellness SaaS, created to prove that a serious software shop should be able to ship and scale its own product. The platform helps users design and live their most fulfilled life through structured reflection and goal design.
Outcome: Fully funded from client profits, Prototype handled everything end-to-end — ideation, UX, architecture, engineering, compliance, and production launch. The product is now in its next phase of scaling with 30+ early adopters and high market traction.

Feelings Compass — AI-Enabled Emotional Literacy
Feelings Compass is an AI-powered emotional framework built through therapist collaboration, clinical research, and structured emotional modeling. The platform provides context, meaning, and differentiation between complex emotional states.
Outcome: Over a year of research and iteration, Prototype designed a novel JSON-based emotional system and paired it with AI to generate contextual explanations — creating a first-of-its-kind feelings compass.
Redox — Automated Real Estate Paralegal Workflows
Redox is a workflow automation engine built to help real estate paralegals work faster with fewer errors. The focus was precision, compliance, and speed — not bloated features.
Outcome: Working directly with the product owner and practicing paralegals, Prototype used limited capital efficiently to ship a product that was investor-ready for the next funding phase.
